Memo: Requisitions for Vascular Lab Studies – St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital

Please be advised that as of Monday, September 13, 2021, the Vascular Lab at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital will no longer be accepting paper requisitions for Vascular Lab Studies. This includes mailed and faxed requisitions. All Vascular Lab services will need to be ordered through the electronic ordering system under the ‘Referral’ tab on the Healthe NL System. Paper or faxed requisitions received after this date will not be booked and will be returned to the sender.
