Notice of Extended Maternity Leave

Please be advised that Dr. Sandra Cooke-Hubley, Adult Endocrinologist with Eastern Health, will be taking an extended maternity leave. Previous communication indicated her leave was March 28, 2022, to January 1, 2023. The new return to work date is April 3, 2023. Any patients who had an appointment between January and March 2023 will be contacted and offered an appointment upon her return.
