CMOH Memo: Hepatitis A Outbreak
The Public Health Agency of Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Health Canada and the Department of Health and Community Services, Government of NL, is investigating an outbreak of Hepatitis A. Consumption of frozen mangoes has been identified as the likely source of the outbreak. The frozen mangoes have been distributed to several provinces and territories within Canada and sold under various brands.
