Located less than one hour drive from Mount Pearl in the community of Upper Island Cove, UIC Medical Clinic is ready for occupancy by one or multiple physicians to work part time or full time.

This can potentially be a shared practice model with the local hospital as well. There are currently two physicians working at this site.
