FFS Surgeons & Anesthesiologists: Operating Room Bump Reporting Form

The NLMA is inviting all fee-for-service surgeons and fee-for-service anesthesiologists to help measure operating room (OR) bumps/list cancellations. We know these cancellations are disruptive to fee-for-service income and patient care. The NLMA’s negotiations position is that a standardized OR Bump Fee is necessary to compensate fee-for-service physicians for lost income that occurs when an OR case is cancelled on short notice and outside the physicians’ control.
Fee-for-service surgeons and anesthesiologists, please use this form to capture cancellations as they occur between January 30, 2023 – April 30, 2023 (inclusive). Please consider bookmarking the form’s web address for ease of access.
