A medical suite/practice is available in the west end of St. John’s at Southern Medical Clinic in Shoppers Drug Mart on Topsail Road; this is an opportunity for practice sharing with current permanent locum. Family physician retiring April 1, 2026: (date negotiable). Three physician group with separate practices and secretaries. Two exam rooms and one office per physician. MED ACCESS EMR. New hardware just installed in all suites. Shared common expenses. Collegial colleagues and staff. Option to take over Rota of 1100 active patients with room for expansion.
