A medical suite/practice is available in the west end of St. John’s at Southern Medical Clinic in the Shoppers Drug Mart building next to (the) Village Mall.
Family Physician retiring April 10th (date flexible). Opportunity to take over rota of ~1100 active patients (or any part of). ALSO option of practice sharing with current permanent locum who currently shares the practise. Three physician group with separate practices and secretaries. Opportunity for blended cap. Two fully furnished exam rooms and one office per physician. MED ACCESS EMR. New hardware just installed in all suites. Shared common expenses. Collegial colleagues and staff.
