Family Medicine Opportunity – Corner Brook
TRY A LOCUM ON THE WEST COAST?
Locum coverage needed from June 1, 2023 until June 30, 2024. Full scope general practice in beautiful Corner Brook. Work alongside two recent graduates. Some work in long term care home required. Reasonable overhead. Opportunities for other work at WMRH. Would prefer one physician do the whole locum but would also consider partial coverage arrangement.
When not working what’s to do? Gros Morne Park is 70 minutes from your office desk. Golf? One of Canada’s best public courses ( Humber Valley Resort ) is 20 minutes from your desk. Put down your pen and practically step on the chair lift at Marble Mountain ( 10 minutes ). Go for a cross country ski over your lunch break enjoying the world class conditions at Blomidon ski park only 10 minutes away. Salmon fishing? Fish on the mighty Humber – 20 minutes from your office. There is more but you get the picture. By the way, warm sunny summers and cold snowy winters happen annually.
