EOI: Physician Wellness Advisory Committee

The NLMA is inviting expressions of interest from practicing rural family physician members to join the Physician Wellness Advisory Committee.

The Physician Wellness Advisory Committee’s mandate is to:

Provide leadership on issues related to physician health in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Provide guidance to the Board of Directors on issues affecting physician health.

Meetings occur at least once a quarter, or at the call of the chair, and members shall serve two-year terms with the option to renew for two more. To read the Committee’s Terms of Reference, click here.

Committee members will be paid honoraria for their participation in the work of the committee at the established NLMA rates.
