CMOH Memo – Measles Reporting

The Chief Medical Officer of Health is reminding practitioners that a suspect case of measles is immediately reportable by telephone to public health under the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act Regulations. A written report is then required within 24 hours using the Notifiable Disease Notification Form.
