Job Summary
The Physician will join an established group of Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists who work within the multidisciplinary teams of the Mental Health and Addictions Program and collaborate extensively with pediatricians within the Children and Women’s Health Program. This position includes opportunities for:
1. Consultation and collaborative care to Eastern Health facilities including the Tuckamore Residential Treatment Centre.
2. Inpatient and outpatient child and youth mental health services within the hospital and the steadily expanding local community.
3. Hospital work would involve psychiatric assessment and treatment of patients up to the age of 18.
4. Participation in the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry on call system.
